Dont bother going there, it is permanently closed.Very poor customer service.We went there for the first time in May 2018, the store was open but the inside looked like they were doing a clearance or liquidation. Perfect since I was planing to buy a bunch of items I thought the -50% discount was just a blessing. Only two people were there, the first guy very nice couldnt answer our question so we waited until the man on the phone decided to notice us. He probably was the owner. Once he hung up, he looked at us from head to toe and said nothing. We politely asked if the store was closing (it was 4pm) he replied we are closed. yes. Then I asked if he will open again soon and if he had some Magic the gatherings cards, obviously I knew he did have some because we saw plenty of units on the cash desk. Anyway, he answered from the stockroom where he stayed during the all exchange theres nothing left.After that we just left. I have never in my enter life faced such a condescending person. Someone from another shop later told us that he got a lot of money from a sell or something and that he didnt need to keep this place anymore -it was quite hard to follow to be honest-. The point is : -Dont let your doors open if YOU ARE NOT OPEN.-Change your info online so people dont have to travel all the way to a close shop.-BE POLITE ! I dont know what this person is going to do from now, but I really do hope for the sake of everyone that he will stop working with customer for good.
